Installing the full client

The simplest route for a new installation. Required addons and core patches are already included.

Extract the archive to a writable location such as C:\EvolvedWOTLK.
Create or sign in to your website account.
Launch the game with Wow.exe and sign in with your account credentials.

Installation

Installing data patches

Close the game before changing MPQ files and preserve each filename exactly.

Place global patches such as Patch-Z.MPQ in C:\EvolvedWOTLK\Data.
Place locale patches such as patch-enUS-*.MPQ in C:\EvolvedWOTLK\Data\enUS.
Clear the client Cache folder if updated content does not appear, then relaunch.
